Mobile Printing for the German Centre

Beijing´s German Centre is the site for the first permanent installation of CCP´s Mobile Printing service. Centre Management and residents have already embraced the new solution.

As a subsidiary of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg the German Centre supports small and medium business in settling on the Chinese market. The German Centre leases office spaces and conference rooms and offers a wide range of consulting and services.

One of these services is a central print and copy station. Recording and processing the number of printed pages for billing purposes however has been done manually until now.

The Mobile Print Solution makes printing more convenient for the residents, and the administration of the service a lot easier for the Centre Management, who distribute the CCP Universal Driver free of charge, together with an ID card.

Now the printed or copied pages will be recorded and assigned to the user´s ID card, utilizing the new Account Management extension of the solution. The number and type of pages are processed and automatically stated on the resident´s rent invoice.

The Centre Management is already considering an extension of the new service.
